- Each Subject : Rs. 500/- (Apply for scrutiny / Re Checking.)
- Pay the application fee through Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.

How to Apply?
- Candidates can apply before 19/05/2023 for scrutiny form by Uttar Pradesh Madhyamic Shiksha Parishad UPMSP.

- Instruction :
- Print out of online application form and Original Treasury Challan has to be sent to the board office by registered post only.
- Application sent by post or courier without filling the online form will not be accepted by the board.
- Fill up the form completely and make sure all the details are correct and all Required Documents are uploaded.
- Submit Fee Online (if applicable) through Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
- Print out the final application form & payment acknowledgment slip (if applicable) for future references.
